This centre is a business community and co-working space made of organisations aspiring towards positive societal impact. Currently, the centre is renting out limited space to those who want to join the community. Previously an old textile factory, the team have converted the warehouse into a modern office space with all the trappings including: kitchenette, showers, meeting rooms, café style chill out area, bar fridge, espresso machine, roller door (for those sunny summer days) and high-speed internet 100mb up/down. The space has a minimalist and almost Scandinavian feel, with polished concrete floors, black steel pillars, a-frames and white brick walls. A range of indoor plants give the space a warm grounded feel and thanks to the insulated ceiling and double layered brick walls it keeps cool in summer and warm in winter. Meetings can be held in the large glass boardroom at the custom made boardroom table, or in one of the smaller private break out rooms. There is a meeting room booking system should you need to reserve one ahead of time and as it is a community, if you've got an important meeting coming up everyone is happy to help where they can. The custom made work desks make sure you have plenty of room to work should you have a laptop or want to bring in your own high definition monitor for designing. There is an electronic locking system, Salto installed, meaning that any fulltime residents are given 24hour access codes to the office and can access the space using their mobile phone as the key. Two additional chillout areas and cafe corner make the space ideal for brainstorming sessions or just to take a break. Current members of the community include: funded medical tech start ups (local and international), organic search specialists (Google experts), industrial drone management, software engineers, data scientists, a creative agency and influencer management company. Finally, the space is also on occasion used for educational and networking events outside of hours which all members are welcome to attend. Previous events have included LaunchVic workshops on cofounder education and legalese, Blockchain technology with one of the founders of Ethereum, and business essentials with industry experts in Marketing, Tech, Finance and Law.

Located on Mount St in Prahan, in between High St and King St, the centre is just a stone's throw from The Smith and two minutes' walk to the iconic Chapel Street which is a mix of upscale fashion boutiques and cafes. Local café and restaurant favourites of members include: Middletown café, Lucky Coq bar and restaurant, She Bangs café, The Smith Pub, The Flying Duck hotel, Hanoi Hannah, Huxtaburger, Fonda Mexican and Mister Miyagi. It is positioned in the heart of one of Melbourne's cultural hubs. Local swimming pools and gyms are all a few minutes walk away in addition to any number of cafes, bars restaurants, clubs and a myriad of retail stores. Also in the proximity are Greville Street which has many café, bars, restaurants, bookstores, clothing shops and music shops.
